Fleming wrote 14 books, 12 novels and 2 short stories collection on fictional British Secret Service agent James Bond, commonly referred to as 007. 6 other authors have also written novels on him. Eon films reserves the rights for the novel adaptations for films. 23 films have also been made on the fictional character, latest being “SkyFall” released in 2012 starring Daniel Craig as Bond.
